Embarrasing Menstrual Situation

I was in High School in ROTC. We went on a sea cruise trip. I didn't think to pack any protection, and lo and behold I was on a boat for a week without it. I was too embarrassed to see if the ship's store had any or ask my friends. So I went to the bathroom a lot. BTW, TP does NOT work in substitution for tampons. I don't know if anyone noticed. No one said anything, thank goodness, and I don't want to know!
