Am I going crazy?

We've been TTC for a bit over 1 1/2 years. My cycle varies widely from 32-44 days so this last month we decided to try Ovulation predictor tests. We got a positive reading on Dec 27th which would put me at a 38 day cycle. Day 38 was Monday and no AF. I've got tender breasts, heartburn, mild cramping for the last few days and frequent trips to the restroom. I'm holding out until Day 44 to test.
We've been praying for this for such a long time. I'm trying not get my hopes up but a part of me really thinks this might be it. Am I going crazy?
