My symptoms...

About a week ago I started getting mild cramping in what felt like my left ovary area... that lasted for about 4 days. Then, it turned in to full fledged period cramping which is where I'm at now for the past three days. I typically get cramps the night before my period is due and know that when I wake up it will be there. That is not happening this time and I'm due today. Any thoughts? I'm not necessarily TTC but I'm not NOT trying to either :) My other symptoms over the past week have been breast tenderness, fatigue, acne, heartburn.
