Is it a valid BFP or is my mind playing tricks on

Posted by: Rush on Tue Apr 21, 2009
I am on CD 43. My LMP was 3/10 and AF should have showed her face on or around 4/7. As of 4/21/09 I am exactly two weeks late. Lately I've been feeling slightly nauseated, irritable, agrumental, restless, fatigue, with heartburn, gas, acne and hot flashes. Thought I was going through Pre-Menopause as I am approaching my 37th birthday. I have been with my hubby for 5 years and married for 3. We do not have any children together but have 4 from previous relationships (me 1 and him 3). We were not actively TTC but weren't doing anything to prevent it. My daughter will be graduating from High School May 2009. I'm scared. I'll be trading in a diploma for a diaper bag. Well this morning I took a HPT and it came back with a BFP. The first line was dark and the second line was a tad bit lighter. I'm pretty sure it is accurate because it's 10:30 am (CST) and I feel full but I know I haven't eaten anything. I was gagging as I brushed my teeth this morning. But could this all be in my head??? Was it to early to test or should I meet with my HCP first? I gave hubby the test this morning. He looked up at me with a surprised borderline shocked smile on his face.
