Pms or Pregnancy?

I'm hoping someone can help me. I just got my mirena out this last march. While on it I have periods every 2 weeks for 2 weeks. Yes I know horrible.

I had a normal 7 day period on March 14th. Another very heavy period on the 16th of April. Can someone tell me if I am due for AF now?! Am I late?

I have been having the worst PMS ever. My breasts are killing me. Burping and gas, backaches, headaches, lots of white discharge, dizzy, and bouts of nausea.

Please help!
