Late and still gets neg

My cycle is 26 days long, last time i had a cycle was on march 19,2010 and it is now April 23,2010. I am 10 days late on my period, Last week i went to the dotocr and got a blood test done and it was neg and then i took 4 home test and still was neg, so idk whats going on with me, any help please
