Could I Be Pregnant with Irregular Cycles

I have irregular cycles and here I am again TTC. I am currently on a 50-56 day cycle which is very irregular. I've seen countless doctors and nothing is wrong so at this point it just seems hereditary my Mom suffered with irregularity as well. So I ovulate ever other month so my Hubby and I bd around my ovulation in June which was the 22-26. My cycle came on July 12 and lasted 8 days instead of my normal 5 and now here I am again 3 weeks after my period ended with sore boobs and fatigue. My hives have been flairing up alot more as well. Could I be pregnant? When do you all think I should take a test. My next period wasn't scheduled until Sept so now that I'm having PMS symptoms again I'm like could it be my period starting again or could I be pregnant?
