AM I PREGNANT?!

I dont know how to put this.. But i was supposed to get my period on Feb. 14, well i kinda got it.. (its REALLY SUPER light and brown in color and only shows up when i wipe.) I feel like im in the bathroom every 15 mins peeing. I feel very nauseous, i have A LOT of headaches. cramping like im getting my period but nothing is there. I took a HPT and it came out neg. My periods are usually normal heavy, dark red in color, but now its like there is nothing going on. I went to the doctor and that PT came back neg as well.. I am scheduled to go back to the doctor on the 28th. I would just like some responses on whether or not you guys think im pregnant.? HELP!!
