I know this sounds weird but...

Ok, I'm wondering if I may be pregnant. I had my first postpartum period on 7/31/11 after giving birth on 6/5/10, we just weaned from breastfeeding. My cycle was 48 days so my 2nd period was 9/17/11. It was shorter and lighter than the first period, kind of spotty, of and on, not a normal flow. 3 days after my period ended, I started feeling like I was going to start again and have ever since. Sore boobs, pelvic cramping, ect. Do you think its possible I could be pregnant? I'm waiting until mid Oct to test again, around the time my period would be due if I go back to a normal 28 day cycle.
