Maybe?!?!?!

I know it may be too early to tell if I may be pregnant, but we did BD the fertile days indicated by my ovulation tests. I am wondering if anyone who is currently pregnant has had weird pain twinges not long after. Yesterday I had twinges (like ovulation twinges) on the front of my right side. Last night my boobs were starting to feel a little sore & they are a little sore yet today. Just now I had the same twinge feeling on the back of my right side. It's a strange feeling....just curious if I am dreaming.
