baby or bug????

So my husband and I have been ttc for 5 months since mc in may. Well this month I got af right on time, but it was 2 days shorter and a much lighter flow. At the time, I didn't think much of it. However less than a week later I started throwing up and havnt shaken the nausea after a week, and now iv got this random little pain in my lower right stomach. I took a test yesterday and it was a bfn. Is it just too early to tell, or am I justa little dilusional with wishful thinking? It is very possible that I just caught a pesky stomach bug and I'm just being silly... uughhhh, I just want a bfp sooo much!
