Could It Be???? I hope So

My period was supposed to come on December 3, 2011. I have taken numerous Pregnancy test and they have all came back negative. I even went to the doctor and it came back negative again. I don't know what to do. I am having a few pregnancy symptoms like fatigue and nausea. My breasts are not tenderer than they have been. I have a usual period every month but this month I have had no signs of a period nor does it look like I will be getting one any time soon.
