Could I be pregnant with #2?

My husband and I decided last month to start ttcing for baby #2. I stopped my birth control the beginning of November. I ended up have 2 periods that month. I am already 2 days late! I am super emotional, peeing a lot, sleepy all of the time, and I feel like I am going to barf all of the time (mainly in the morning). All the signs of being pregnant right? But can I? I have only been off my BC for a month. I got pregnant 2 months after stopping the same bc with our fist baby. I took a test this past Monday and it was negative. Maybe it was too early to take a test? Any thoughts?
