is it too soon to be preg after a c section?

i just had baby girl in sept..im not on any bc because of severe migraines... i had last period nov 30th... here we are dec 28th and no period. on the 25th dec had pinkish brown spotting ... i am 2 days late n not stressed out or anything... if i am preg... will it be too soon? since i had c section at begining of sept... i just worried now that it might b 2 soon and i might lose baby if i am preg.... gonna get preg test on friday and give updates. wish me luck... :o)
