AF showed after 21 days of being late :(

Well I was 21 days late and AF showed up. I'm taking a break from ttc. After 4 years and 1 ectopic and a m/c I just don't want to be worrying with it no more. I would love to give hubby a baby and for myself I want a baby more than anything, but we have been talking about adoption and maybe thats the way we should go.
