thyroxine help

Hi i have been taking thyroxine for 3 Years and stopped taking it about 6 weeks ago 2 weeks after i had my period which was normal now i was due 3 days ago i have done urine tests but have come back negative my hubby and i have been trying. so i am wondering can stopping my thyroxine stop/delay my period and Could it give a false pregnancy test result as i have also had other symptoms of feeling pregnant Ive already had 4 pregnancys
