Could I have gotten pregnant?

In Oct I got a skin infection then pneumonia back to back and was hospitalized. I was given antibiotics thru an iv and then antibiotic pills for over 1 week. During that time i was so out of it from the meds i totally forgot my pill for that month. However when i came on my cycle in Nov (which was on time)I kind of shrugged it off and decided i'd get back on the pill. What i noticed was that I started a new pack of pills which could very well to my body seem like the 1st pack ever since i had not taken any in oct and my ovulation window was that tues to sat after my sunday start. so i have taken my pills each day since however, i am SUPER sluggish. Im always tired and sleepy. No matter how much sleep i get it seems like its never enough.

My question is could i have gotten pg that week of ovulation even tho i started the pill that sunday?
