Frustrated with my cycles and could I be pregnant?

I have been off the birth control pill since Sept 2012 and my cycles are irregular. Last month is was 30 days. We are ttc and this month is the first time I have used an OPK and I got the smiley face on CD20. Here it is CD33 and no period. I have had mild cramps since last week and it feels like I could be getting it, but I also have upset stomache every once in a while. I took a test Sunday evening and it was negative. I read something about the luteal phase being 14 days after ovulation, so I am wondering if I will get my period later this week or if I am preggo. Anyone else have these issues??
