Could I be pregnant?

Should I get a blood test NOW or wait a week?

I am 32yrs. We have been TTC for 6 months now. It will be our first pregnancy.

I have a normal cycle of 28 days, My luteal phase is 11, Normally I have lots of PMS symptoms that have made me think I am prego in the past though I was not.

This month, I am at day 32 in my cycle. I am at 14 dpo and temps are holding high.

I have weird belly feelings like sore but no major cramping like my normal PMS pains, slightly sore breasts but not like I normally get pre-pms.

I had a histosalpingogram last month and my husband started taking Fertilaid for Men this last cycle. We used Conceive Plus during ovulation and I have been drinking Fertilitea for the past 6 months.

The last 3 days I have continued to get negative HPT's but still no AF. This is the LONGEST I have ever gone without AF and my temps typically tank 3 days prior to AF which they have not this time?

My Mom had my brother and I in her 20's and she offers little to no support. My Mom's sister however (My Aunt) says she never gets a Positive HPT and had to get a blood test and even then with her 2nd it never showed positive. My Mother-In-Law bled the entire pregnancy for all three kids and never got a positive HPT.

When should I get a blood test? I know I'll want to quantitative but I read you should wait until you're at 5 weeks at least and I am currently in my 4th week.. Thoughts? I'm really excited and want to know ASAP whether we got lucky this cycle!
