late, negative test, could i be pregnant

my partner n i have been trng to conceive since jan but nothing. my cycles are normally around 30-31 days and my last started on the 7th of feb so im about 10 days late. ive done 4 pregnancy tests over 4 days but all say that im not pregnant and im not sure if im just testing too early or not and was wondering is it to early to contact a doctor.
