BFP, dtd 7/8 days before ovulation!!??

Ok let me start by saying i AM pregnant [after actively trying to prevent, successfully, for 2yrs]. I have a clockwork 30-day cycle, always OV on day 15/16. The last time DH and i dtd was 7/8 days before OV [overnight going into the next day] because we were still "safe". Well, for the past week my bbs have felt like someone hit them with a bat, so i tested the day AF was due just to ease my mind. . . and BFP!! How is it even possible that far out? Has anyone ever heard of that happening?
