Could I be pregnant?

Hello ladies...i just recently found out that i am pregnant.This was very shocking to me given the fact that i only have one ovary and one tube after two back to back ectopic pregnancies.This one has me very scared because I am hoping that this is a healthy pregnancy but knowing my history I'm bracing for the dreaded day that the ob/gyn tells me that they will have to remove this one too.I have a 6 year old daughter so i know what pregnancy and childbirth is like but i would love to have another one.I am not feeling any signs of ectopic.I have slight cramping but with the previous ectopics i was bleeding and had cramping.I am way to early for the doctor to see anything on an ultrasound...around 3 weeks...the further along i get they will be able to tell me if it is healthy or not.Im just hoping for a miracle.
