Is my mind playing tricks or could I be preg?

This is my first time trying to concieve. My last period was on Dec 2, and I have been using the clear blue digital ovulation tests. I got smiley faces on dec 14th and 15th and my husband and I tried on the 15th. As of yesterday and today I have noticed that I can smell everything and I have been getting some light cramps and feeling a lil sick in the stomach. I have wanted a baby so badly for years, that now that I'm finally trying, I wonder if this is just my mind playing tricks on me. It's too early to test, but is there any chance this could be early pregnancy symptoms, or is this all in my head? I would love any feedback!
