Not sure if I could be pregnant

I am 39 years old and have been on Seasonique not for Birth Control purposes (husband had vasectomy 11 years ago) but for my migraines. I am a migraine sufferer and my doctors determined that they were brought on by my cycles so they put me on the pill so that I would only get the migraines 4 times a year when I got my cycle. Well the past year and a half my cycles and migraines have not been normal. So in September I was taken off of the pill. I didn't get a period in September, had one in October, nothing in November and had one December 3rd which was normal. At the end of December I began getting acne, sore nipples, fatigue, weight gain and it is still going on and I am approximately 6 days late. I haven't taken a HPT because not really thinking I am prego because of husbands vasectomy but I have heard of cases. What do you think?
