Conception Ambiguities

So here is the deal...Around the 3rd of June I had a very short and irregular "period" that lasted only 3 days and I had just ended my regular period 9 days before. Less than a week later I noticed that my breasts were quite sore and that I was getting sick to my stomach around the same time each evening, regardless of what I was eating. For a week I was consistently throwing up anything that I tried to eat, and then it slowly became a little easier to keep things down. My emotions have been completely out of whack, but On the 27th I started spotting and then 2 days after that "AF" showed up only it was incredibly heavy flow and almost like a water consistancy! 2 days of that and it returned to spotting. A girlfriend informed me that she got her period several times during the early stages of her first pregnancy and took 4 HPT that all came back negative. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they have come back negative and yet the doctor doesn't know what would be causing me to have these symptoms but he didn't do a blood pregnancy test. I would like to know what is going on with my body, and whether or not I should be going back to the dr and asking him to do a blood test to check for pregnancy...Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm feeling a bit depressed right now, because it seems every time I go out some where all I see are pregnant women. So todays I was out to celebrate a friends birthday and I just found out 3 more girls I know I are pregnant and although I'm happy for them I'm also a little sad that I'm not. I know I have not been trying for very long but it also seems that people I know try once and boom they are pregnant! Make I'm wrong for feeling this way but I can't help it.
now tomorrow I have a bridal shower to go to and I just know there will be at least another 3 women there that i will find out are pregnant, and then I will get asked that question I hate oh when are you getting pregnant? are you guys trying?

I think I may just cry

Well AF came, Alot later than usual and unannouced! but anyway, I guess I am relieved in a way, I know I am not ready for another one yet but I can't help but wonder "why was I so late?" I have never been so late, ever! Anyway, just letting ya'll know.. i'm NOT expecting and I am a little sad about it to be honest, because I really care about this guy and I would never wanna force someone into being with me, but now that we went thru this scare, and he was already getting distant before this, I fear that he will just forget all about me :( but i guess i need to just be thankful i'm not, and just let him go!

So its 8 pm now and since around noon I've had what I call twinges or little pains in my uterine area. I think I'm about 8dpo, but I only did bbd one time this cycle, but I think it was on the day around ovulation. I was reading about these twinges and endometriosis and fibriods and fallopian pregnancy came up. Also, I've had a horrible depression come over me in the past few days, which also could mean preggo, but also is attached to the endo or fibriod things too. Any insights on this?

Oddly and good ...I have a pelvic ultrasound on Monday b/c my doctor wants to rule out pcos. So I'm hoping that will really tell me something on Monday. For now though, I'd really love to get some of your input. Thank you very very much.

I am on day 41 since my last cycle! I have symptoms of pregnancy and yet I have taken 3 HPT's (all Negative) and 1 at the clinic (also negative).. but if I am, I would only be about 3 wks, so there is no way to tell yet. With my last 2 pregnancies, I took a test at 3 wks (each time) and it was negative, 2-3 wks late: Positive. So I guess I am just stuck in the "waiting phase" for now unless I have a blood test done. Any advice???

I have a regular cycle of 29 days which never fails me every month. My last period was April 25, 2010 which lastes 4 days like always, we had sex May 2,4,6,7,8,9 and my period was due May 24th, here it is May 29th and still no period. My boobs are very sore so sore it hurt with a bra on and I've been having cramps on and off. Which never happens with my period at all. I have been taking test since 6 days before I missed my period. All negative....I took one yesterday May 28th and it was also negative. I don't know what's going on...
