Some menstral cramp relief ideas
As hard as it is to move, a brisk walk, or some light cardio, along with some advil, and a promise of a hot coffee afterwards always seems to do it for me. I also like to have a hot water bottle on my tummy, and curl up under my down comforter in bed and watch an interesting program on TV.

My solution for menstrual cramps is Midol!! It helps so much for me. I also take hot baths for back aches, cramps, headaches etc... Heating pads have helped as well. Plenty of water, and making sure I eat fresh, fruits and veggies. Just really take care of me and I always feel better when I do!
