She had a flood on day one in this chair of all chairs...
This situation, thankfully!, didn't happen to me but I witnessed...
I was school, seventh grade actually, when one day one of my classmates was expecting her period anyday. She had irregular and the most unpredictable periods ever. And on this day we had a substitute teacher so we didn't have to sit in our assigned seats. Rather than sit in one of the dark-colored chairs, she choose a bright buttery yellow chair to sit in. So as class time goes by, she kept shifting around in the seat and then leaned over to one of my friends and whispered "I think my visitor just came." Then she asked the sub could she go to the restroom. The sub let her go, and as soon as she got up she bolted for the door. My friend and I both looked at her seat, and sure enough that buttery yellow chair had a red puddle. Needless to say, she needed a pad and a change of clothes.

It just fell out! Seriously. Guess where it fell?
Most embarrassing situation was not mine - but I witnessed it.
Playing in a basketball game in the 8th grade and I saw another girls' pad fall out of her shorts. (Obviously her panties were not "tight" enough and the adhesive failed).
She was mortified. You could see it on her face. She kicked the pad under the bleachers at the end of the court, went on down the court dribbling, took a shot at the goal, made the shot, and then called a time out - when she got it we all "huddled up"...
"UM...somebody got a pad in the locker room?"
Coach is lookin' like "Why you asking me, I'm a dude..."
She finally got a pad and the game continued...and she went on to make about 10 points in the game.

Claimed my spot at church forever!
I've had several embarrassing moments (check out my comment posted under "Boyfriend's bed... lol!") but this one was religiously public!! One of the things you'll notice about regular church folk is they are territorial about where they sit at Sunday services. But I forever claimed my spot in the most embarrassing way...I had started that morning so on day one of course I have to change every hour on the hour, b/c it is Niagara Falls down there!! That morning's guest preacher asked to refrain from standing too much, b/c he'd be brief and didn't want anyone to miss what he had to share. Needless to say "brief" turned into a two hour sermon, so as soon as he wrapped up I jumped out of my seat and began excusing myself out of the pew. But I was stopped by my friend who pulled me down to sit and tell me that I had a HUGE stain on my dress. We turned back to where I had been sitting originally and my crush and his brothers (who had been sitting behind me) were looking down and laughing at the matching stain I had left behind. I was mortified! I ran to the bathroom hoping to escape it all, but I was followed by six or seven of the deacon women who all had an opinion of how I could get the stain off of my dress. Then after two hours or so (with a clean, but wet dress) I walked back to the pew, to find those same women and more (incl. my crush's mom) hovering over my seat discussing how I was going to have to clean it. My friend's were great though, they made me laugh it off by saying I wouldn't have to worry about being early anymore, 'cause no one would ever take my seat again! lol.

Most embarrassing period
My worst period experience was last month.
It was a beautiful hot day so we decided to take the kids to the beach. Out comes the bathing suits and off we go. As I nursed both of our previous children for almost two years and my periods never returned until I weaned. I never even considered my period returning this early since it had only been 10 months since I gave birth.
Well after a quick swim it was back to the beach. Some time after this, I noticed a young couple walk buy and the guy whispered something to the girl and she just said that would be so embarrassing, shut up.
Well when I got up to go back into the lake, I new what they were talking about. My bathing suit and our beach blanket had a very large stain on it. How embarrassing on a crowded beach.

No bathroom break on last day of class!
Mine was earlier this year. I'm 34 and was in grad school (just got MBA). Well, it was that time of the month and of course, I have a big presentation due on the final day of class. Naturally, my group was one of the last to go. So I'm waiting through other presentations, and I'd used both a tampon and a cloth pad with a liner. I was sitting in the chair and could feel that I was bleeding pretty heavily and could feel the clots coming out. I sort of sat on one of my feet to help "clamp" the flow off. We didn't get a break because most of the people in the class voted to "power through" the presentations since it was the last day of school. When our group's time came, I got up and went to the front of the room. I had the sense to wear black pants, and thank goodness I did. When I stood up, I could feel tons more coming out and couldn't do anything about it. It was awful to stand up there worrying that everyone might see. I finally got through the presentation and sat back down. When the night was over and I got up to leave, I realized that I'd left a huge stain on the cloth chair (it was a recently renovated classroom, too). I just quickly pushed the chair in, put my coat on, and left. To this day, I'm still mortified that there's a chair out there with my stain on it. :(
