Anyone in my TTC phase?

Hello there, my husband and I will be TTC in Mid-June. My menstrual period is June 4th-10th (7 day period) I ovulate on June 20th,my question is can we try to conceive a girl 24 to 36 hours before ovulation?


Baby dust to all the TTC ladies out there

My boyfriend and i ave been ttc from February and i keep getting a BFN, its so frustrating i never knew it was this hard in ttc. i am 31 and my boyfriend is 36 if i get pregnant it will be my 1st child. I avent tried any thing (OPK kit, etc). i need some help please ladies thank you all.

I posted here a few years ago. I was TTC but 3+ years no glimmer of hope. Pretty bleak, right? We had one round IVF - no joy, and decided to pursue adoption. BAM! I got pregnant. *shakes head* Wild! But it only lasted for 6-7 weeks. A precious pregnancy but not too precious to be taken away from us :-( Anyway, continued with adoption process and we have this last week been granted adoption orders for our two beautiful daughters. They have been with us for almost 9 months. Boy, has life changed. :-)) Anyway, here's a thought. What if I got pregnant now? Wouldn't that be a trip. I realise that the chances are very remote but stranger things have happened. We'll see...

I'm not sure what phase I'm in. My husband and I have been having unprotected sex since 3 months AFTER we got together. Even though we both want a baby very much, originally we decided we weren't trying but we "weren't not trying". We decided if it happened it was meant to be. This past January 2014 was when we both made the realization we hadn't conceived in the past year and decided it was time to track my ovulation because we know that plays a huge role in conception. So last month (Feb 2014) I kept track of my ovulation and decided to really try to conceive. My last period started on the 29th of January. Here it is March 7th and I still haven't had a period. You'd think I would be excited right? Well I'm actually dreading being let down and not being pregnant. You see...my cycles have been irregular my whole life, and my average cycle is 35 days currently. My period is about 4 days late. I've already taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I read that it may be too early yet for an HPT to detect pregnancy because my level may be too low yet. I know what you must be thinking she doesn't have anything to worry about...or I haven't been trying long but.....I'm also 24, at my most fertile stage of life(according to doctors) and the women in my family are VERY fertile. My mom had 6 kids starting at age 22. Then my sister became a teen mom at 16 and got pregnant again at 17. This is the first time in a long time where I really feel like there's a strong chance I am pregnant....I'm dreading on taking another pregnancy test. I'm starting to worry I can't get pregnant at all, and I've been really sad the last few days because even though the test said negative and its been 38 days since my last cycle and still no cycle(which is good)...I'm still so scared that I'm not. I don't want to be let down again either. So you aren't alone dear. I'm sorry if this doesn't help you. I just figured we both want the same thing so I could vent safely.

I tried on the days before and after ovulation..God I pray this month is my month..I got married 3 months ago and its time for a baby..af is due on the 23rd this month...not exactly a 2 week wait as my cycles are shorter than the average 28 days..but none the less..i hope I don't see af for another 9 months...let the grueling waiting begin (sigh)

I have been ttc for almost one year and just started charting this month. As of today, I am 14 dpo. I have had all negative hpt up to this point, yet I haven't tested today because I don't think I want to see another bfn. However, I had a really small spotting on 7dpo and have had cramps ever since which is really unusual because I do not ever cramp even with AF. Also, my bbs are not sore, which they ALWAYS are about 1 week before AF. I have had some minor backaches and small spouts of nausea. I really find it hard to believe that my mind can make up one week of cramping and make myself almost sick with mouth watering nausea. Scared to take another test because I do not want to be disappointed. AF due today maybe tomorrow. I am an average of 29 days with today being 29. Any advise.
