You, TTC, and Your Partner
Your Trying to Conceive partner is, of course, there physically. Is he also emotionally supportive, especially if you get a BFN when you hoped this would be the month? Is he open to on-going TTC related talk when you want/need it?

lucky wife
I have what has to be one of the most understanding open hubby's out there. He's always there when AF comes or another month goes by without AF, with a shoulder for me to cry on. He's encouraging when it's time for yet another blood test or visit to the dr. He comes with and actively engages in asking the dr questions or advice. I can openly talk about AF with him and he doesn't make that face like he's gonna spew. He's very empathetic when I'm PMSing or moody. And even though the fertility problem is in my body he never makes me feel like any of this is my fault. But my most favorite thing is that even though we know there isn't a baby, he still lays his head on my tummy and kisses it for luck before going to work. He's totally invested in TTC.

Praying really works!!!
Just to help your faith a little.. I have a couple of miracle stories for you all...I myself am in the same situation as you..My sister and my brother's girlfriend were at the same point in their lives also. My sister tried for 7 years. Her and her husband were one class away for being able to adopt and now has 2 beautiful little girls of their own. one is almost 2 and the other was just born in Nov. My brother's girlfriend was married for 6 years and tried to have a baby. She was at the point that she was actually telling people that she couldn't have children...The problem with that is that she never went to the doctor to find out the truth...She is now due to have a baby in Feb 2009. i am hear to say DON"T GIVE UP. Faith can take you a long ways...i will be praying for ALL of us to have little blessings of our own.

Please please, lets pray....
I have read all and it's all emotional. I have put in a pray to the lord on the wish list and prayed many many times a day for us to have a baby. We both know that it fully matter on His Choice but I am at the final edge. I am now 37 and have been trying since 4 years now. I have gone for operations, test, a half of a year for invetro and now this Jan 2009 preparing for artifical.(which we can not afford but my husband says we will find a way!) It breaks my heart at all that we do in order to "TRY". But I still have faith and I do believe! Please pray with me and I promise to pray for you as well! Please and thank you sooooo much, please...

we're just trying to get there...
my husband and i have been together for 5yrs and just got married in march..for the past few years we have been trying to conceive and nothing not even a symptom of the first. we just don't know what to do anymore..we've tried going to get check ups and different meds to help,we even went as far as changing our diets and still nothing. i dont know in a way it seems as if he has given up not to mention my period that has a mind of its own..it comes on when it wants to and goes off when it wants to, don't worry i've tried birth control and that doesn't even do the trick,so the question of the day is what to do and what to do..lol? when im ready to talk about it(ttc) he is all ears and ready to talk...so now im thinking more on adoption but he says no. so i guess from we continue to try right ladies because we are all trying to get there?.....

I think you should hear this one
TWHorses, I hear you. My friend Michelle had the same problem with trying to conceive, she even was on Clomid & thought that she'd never be able to conceive again. Plus she couldn't afford IVF, but as luck would have it, she did eventually get pregnant. She now has two beautiful children & couldn't be happier. Hang in there hon ! There's always hope ! Keep your chin up !

Those Longing Looks
My husband and I have been TTC now for over four years unsuccessfully. We have been married for five years and have actively not prevented getting pregnant for six years. My husband has been very supportive we tried Clomid for about a year and then decided to give up on that because I wanted a break from the emotional roller coaster that it was putting me on. Currently we do not have the finances for IVF and we do not have any fertility clinics in our area so we would have to travel at the minimum of four hours to even get a consultation for one with having all expenses out of pocket because our insurance does not cover anything related to infertility. So far the doctors have not found anything wrong with either my husband or myself so we should be able to get pregnant we just haven't yet. I am 32 years old and not sure when to just kind of say forget about it. I was hoping to be on my second child by now but we are still hoping for our first. What hurts the most is seeing my husband's longing look at children playing and saying how adorable they are and just seeing the look in his eyes it really just breaks my heart. Anyone know how to comfort their husbands in this situation? I try so hard to but just not sure what to say to him and we are still undecided about adoption at this point.
