Embarrasing Menstrual Situation

Bubble Trouble
I am a nursing student and I was doing a clinical rotation in the hospital. My period had stopped 7 days earlier so of course I wasn't wearing a pad. I was walking down the hall of the med-surg floor in my white uniform pants when suddenly I felt a bubble. The next thing I know I was standing with my clinical instructor and three girls in my class with blood pouring down my leg and a huge blood stain on my pants. My instructor had to walk behind me and the other girls surrounded me so that no one could see!

And you think wearing white pants is bad???
I will never forget this. I was a freshmen in highschool. It was my first time trying these new pads. Well they didn't work that great. In fact it made the blood smell stronger. My friend on the bus mentioned that she smelled it, but had no idea it was me. Honestly, niether did I. Till I got to the nurses office and checked. It was horrible. Needless to say I tossed those out and baught new ones. I still use these ones till this day.

tampon embarrassment
Going to pull something out of your hand bag and out with it comes a tampon, this will normally occur in front of strangers somewhere along a hall way or mall

Embarrasing Menstrual Situation
My most embarassing moment..
I bartended in a niteclub for a couple years and our uniform consisted of cut off shorts.Normally I got lucky and was able to take care of changing my tampons before I had any leakage...well this particular night we were really busy and it was my heavy flow day and I couldn't get to the bathroom.Needless to say I leaked and it was bad.I had to get a barback to watch my bar while I explained to my manager the situation and finished the night out in sweatpants.Try dodging a nightclub full of people because your pants are now tie-dye colored..We're all adults but still..kind of embarassing.I started wearing a pad along with my tamp's after that.

Swimming in the red river
I was 15 years old, and a swimmer. I wasn't keeping track back then, I had only had my period for a few months. I didn't have a tampon with me, so when I was at the swim meet, I took paper towel, to make a pseudo-tampon. I remember standing up on the starting blocks of the meet with a red river running down my leg, puddling up on the block.
I wish that were the end of it, but part of my paper towel had been hanging out of my swim suit, and other parts of it ended up "floating" in the pool.
they had to do a 15 minute sanitary break... before the next group could go.
So that was the last year I swam!

Embarrasing Menstrual Situation
Worst period
My most embarrassing period would have been right after my wedding. My husband and I spent our first night together in a beautiful hotel bridal suite. After a beautiful evening together, we fell asleep in each others arms. When I awoke in the morning, I realized that my monthly visitor came a week early. We along with the bed were all a mess.
