Fertile Window

Hi ladies! I started my fertile window yesterday I suppose because I definitely got a positive on my opk and it coincides with the right ovulation dates. I started using fertilaid vitamins 3/27 and used preseed for the first time yesterday (my husband loves it) and I have been testing with opk's since cycle day 9. Trying to cover all the bases. So I will be in the 2ww and will keep everyone posted. Wishing everyone lots of baby dust!!

Shoo Flo, Don't Bother Me!

Well, here it is. CD 1 after what I thought was the longest 2ww in my life! This was our first month TTC, so of course I OBSESSED over every little thing my body did during the last week. Well, let's just say that I am prepared this month, so no fooling me this time retched PMS! I am set to OV around the 1st to the 3rd, and hope to catch it in action this time around. Good luck to all of you TTCers and lots of baby dust your way!

CD 7- Already Anxious!

I know it's a little soon, CD 7 but I figured I'd go ahead and start the thread for my cycle this month!

My fertile week begins next Saturday the 27th. (I am on a 34-35 day cycle). This will be my 5th month TTC after birth control for 5 years. But only 4th full cycle since stopping the pill. My doctor had warned me that usually it takes the body 3 full cycles after stopping the pill to get pregnant again...so wish me luck, this could be my month!

I am going to start monitoring my CM around the 24th to watch for changes. I also wanted to take my temperature 1st thing when I wake up to see if I notice any trends there. I've never done that before.

I am already geting anxious to try and then I will suffer through the 2WW, but I will try to be positive and not get my hopes up and hope to be pleasantly surprised instead of let down!

Good luck to everyone and loads of baby dust to us all!!!

xoxoxo

TTC Seems Like Forever Now

Hi Ladies: I find so much encouragement and strength when reading the posts of others that are experiencing similar issues as myself. I have been with my husband for 15 years now and married to him for 5 of the 15 years. We have been actively trying to conceive officially for almost a year now to no avail. We haven't lost hope but it seems like it's never going to happen. I have not taken BCP since 1999. We stopped using condoms within a year of dating and have been free styling ever since. I have never had any oopsies almost or anythings which for yers now has scared me. He has gone to the doctor and gotten a sperm count that came back just fine. I went to my GYn and had some tests done and everything came back fine too. I have been tracking my temperature and fluids now for a year and a half. We have been following my cycle and fertility chart religiously and still nothing.

It scares me to death knowing that I have been having unprotected sex with my husband for 14 years now and have never gotten pregnant. Has anyone ever been in this situation before? You would think that an accident is bound to happen at some point right. it is even more dissappointing now that we are really trying. The doctor wants to give me fertility drugs but that's too risky and expensive for his and my tastes. Could someone please give me some other more tangible resources of remedies that may boost my chances of conception? I am 32 years old and I don't have any children and my husband has two sons prior to our relationship that I have assisted him in raising. We are both ready for our little girl now. I am grateful for any assistance provided. Thanks so much in advance I appreciate you!!

TTC husband hardly home

1 DPO. My husband and I have a daughter who will be 2 on Friday and really want another baby. It's hard to say when it will happen for us becuase with his work he is gone 2 weeks then home 1 week and sometimes his schedule changes and he could be gone up to 6 weeks at a time. I hope this is our month but it's frustrating not knowing when we'll get to try again if it isn't. Anyone in a similar situation or in your tww?

Fertility Monitor

So I'm on CD13 and my monitor has read "high" fertility for 5 days now, when should i expect it to reach "peak" fertility? Is this a long time to read "high"? We've BD'd everyday since it's read high but I just feel like it should say "peak" by now. Also, is it normal for my libido to spike around the time I ovulate or is that just in my head cause I want to make a baby? THANKS!!! :)
