Conception Ambiguities

I'm 40 and my husband and I finally decided that we wanted to have kids recently, so I went to see a RE because of my age and the fact that we haven't used any birth control in 4 years (we've only been married and living in the same state for about 10 months now).

Everything has checked out normal for both me and my husband (his morphology was a bit low, but still normal), and we did Clomid/Ovidrel on the 20th of this month, I O'd (I think) on the 22nd, and I'm now on CD 31, 16 DPO, no AF, and 2 BFNs (at 12DPO and this morning). My cycle has been 25 to 27 days since July, so this is long, but I've heard that Clomid can do that.

This morning, I started cramping - not terrible, but just really annoying, so I keep thinking AF is coming, but the cramps are really low, right above my pubic bone and sort of pinching/pulling rather than the usual, and there hasn't been any spotting of any kind like usual.

So, if AF doesn't come this weekend, I go to the RE Monday morning for bloodwork...it's nice to know that I'm not the only one going through this uncertainty. It can drive you crazy!!! And it's taking up so much of my time - I'm not concentrating on work or much of anything else, which probably isn't good, but it's not easy to stay focused when I don't know what's going on with my body!

This is my first post- would apreciate any advice! I'm on Cycle Day 37, almost 2 weeks late. My cycles are usually 26 days or so. I'm very regular and have never skipped a period. I've only had mild cramping off and on & occasional nausea (very mild, a few times a lil worse). Also some lightheadedness. That's really all. I've done 4 HPT and all BFN! Had a coworker draw blood Mon and it was also BFN. Could it possibly be too early to show up still? Now here's the kicker- my boyfriend had a vasectomy 4 years ago! I know the chances are slim, but we want this so much!! It would be a miracle, I know, but I've heard so many stories of pregnancies happening post vasectomy. I'm not under any more stress than usual, no major weight changes, etc. Is there any hope? :(

TTC for 2 yrs now and I've tried telling myself that if i dont get anxious about it that i won't be so dissapointed if i get a BFN.. My husband and i want children sooooo badly..... I've had irregular periods most of my life up to about 2 years ago whean they became on average 32 to 36 days in my cycle. Then to make a long story short i had a cycle that lasted about 99 day :-( . SO after seeing a fertility specialist my Dr wanted to to lose 35lbs and i did. in the mean time we discover that i am Diabetic type 2 and im put on Glumetza and Neevo for prenatal. go back to my Dr and my HB A1C is the same.. so then he tells me to lose 25 more lbs and i have. i go to the Dr this Wed and lately my periods have been on 55cd's. I am currently on Cd 27 and have never Experienced cramping between periods.. i have been cramping for 8 days now mildly a few times in a day.... Confused and at the same time i dont want to get my hopes up.......

Ill never use blue dye test again!!!! Got 3 super faint BFP, only to test with a digital and get a NOT PREGNANT..what a waste of money. Im 1 day late now and still neg. Frustrated, confused, feeling that will never happen again. I already have a 18 month old and a m/c at 6w in april 2010. Six months now and nothing. Help please!!!!

normally a 26 day cycle, now coming up to day 31 and I have never been this late before or had such a long cycle!
I started getting cramps around the 06th when I was supposed to start, my boobs are not big but they seem to be swelling and my nipples to seem darker!
Took a test 2 days ago and was negative but it did have a very faint line after 3 mins but before an hour (I got distracted and walked away) it did say not to look after 10!!
Am going to test again in a couple of days

Just needing to process, since my DH is probably sick of it by now! I hope you ladies understand. :]

I have been off BC for 6 mo. I got my hopes up in July when I was SURE I was pregnant. I had "implantation" spotting & I was showing blatant signs (backache, nausea, swollen breasts, crazy headaches, and moodiness galore) After my DH told some friends I might be I got 2 BFNs. :( Jynx? Now I have a journal that is irrational from then to now on every little sign/symptom.
ie: 8/13: super drool.Me, not the baby. 8/18: Cant stop thinking about DH telling me last night that I was pregnant bc I had a bulge on the R side of my tummy and not the L. Thanks. I NEED A BFP!!

I had to buy PreggiePops for nausea. So I took 3 more tests.. and got 3 BFNs. I was on CD41 when AF decided to show up. After doing some math that was 29 days after "implantation".. just a botched cycle? Ive never had 2 AFs in the same month/15 days apart! AF stayed for 5 days, normal, but I couldn't use normal tampons-sorry TMI. Got 2 days past AF and decided that since my fam has a history of AF in pregnancy, I'd take a digi. I got a "Not Pregnant" and took out the test strip- and saw 2 lines! All excited, I pulled my DH in to see- and he couldn't see the 2nd line as well as I could. I was still holding that I might be until, boom, peeonastick.com told me that digis test LH as well and THAT's what showed up. AGH!

Anyone else feel absolutely insane? I can't eat cheese or meat, can't poo, can't even pull myself out of bed some days, have eaten pickles and peanut butter, and yet tests say I'm NOT pregnant?? Every time I get a BFN I just want to grab DH's cigs or beer and go at it. I feel like crying, or beating the wall. I try to play it off as no big deal, but inside I am so desperately confused... Any similar stories would be comforting, so at least I know I'm not the only baby-crazed, hpt-obsessed woman out there.
