Midol Menstrual Complete
I don't usually take medication...not even tylenol, but midol menstrual complete (for cramps, bloating, back pain) is the absolute best medicine I've ever taken for cramps/bloating. It really works, however you do get a little tired! and you should never drink alcohol with it ; ) OR go tanning..... drinking can cause you to fall asleep quickly and tanning while taking the medication could cause an alergic reaction or serious burn.

Use your partner to relieve cramps!!!
*****
Actually I discovered this by using common sense, try it and you will see it works 100% :
Instead of using hot pads, try "spooning" your partner. Place your pelvis below their warm behind and stick close to them. Place your arm around their tummy as well, feel the comfort from the warmth your partner emanates. Let the nice body warm temperature keep you comfy all night and very time. (You should try it every night when you feel the need for pain relief or even just cold nights)
Not only will you stop suffering from pain but it's a very good, easy and hassle free procedure which will bring you closer to your partner and give you a very good sleep. I no longer suffer from menstrual cramps because I warm up to my hubby every night and I love it.
Try it for yourself!!

My solution for menstrual cramps is a heating pad and some Midol. If you don't have a heating pad use a warm towel like put it in the dryer and then take it out when its done and use it. Also rest but thats only if you can even lay down with the cramps.

Heat and Rest
The only thing that works for me is a heating pad and rest. I swear by my heating pad. This past cycle I was out of town visiting a friend, and I had to endure my whole cycle without my heating pad. I took two 650mg tylenol and that helped a little, but I still had trouble sleeping at night.

solution for evil, 1st 2 day cramps
honestly, i get slightly ripped that i can still function with my kids and homework and house duties. I time it so my "special drinks" can creep up on me just in time till hubby reaches the door gets comfy enough, then he'll attemp to take over.yes i have to make sure just about all homework, reports, cooking is done befor i can slip up-stairs to pass-out, but can still faintly hear them bussing down my bedroom door, constantly asking me things anyway! (wow!their goes my nice buzzzz!)lol.
