IF YOUR WILLING
I have a menstrual cramp solution, actually I have a few. I'm sure everyone has heard of ginger, the food. At a organic food store, ask do they have ginger chews, their pure ginger and chewy, like a candy. Of course it's going to be a little spicy, but not anything that you can't handle. What it does is, gets the blood moving in deep areas of the body, like the reproductive system. The blood slows down when your menstruation hits, drink alot of water and eat some ginger chews, they work immediately and they really help. Theres alot of solutions but I'll only give two, and their very good ones. The other is Chamomile tea, it's a stimulant for the stomach, cramps, nausea or just a sour sore stomach, drink some Chamomile and it works immediately to.

Nature's blessing
I normally use my hot water botter coz somehow the heat just helps ease the discomfort. My mother told me that very strong black tea also helps, however for me it has to be when I'm having mild symptoms or else I just throw up so much (sorry y'all). I also have used salt and hot water - put some hot water in a bowl, add some salt about 3 - 4 tbs, and deep a flannel or small towel into the water. Wring in out and place over your abdomen. It really works.
Paracetamol and plenty of water also keeps with the cramps. Always remember to drink enough fluids.

Menstrual Cramp Solutions
Better to prevent than to repair later
I try to stage cramps off before they even begin. Both alcohol and caffeine aggravate menstrual cramps, so the week before I am supposed to start my period I reduce or stop drinking those types of beverages. If I do feel cramps coming on I immediately start taking Tylenol or Midol (or other similar medications) to reduce the chance that I feel the cramps if they do pop into my life. These two remedies have helped me to lead a generally cramp free life for months at a time (except when I forget to pay attention).
When I do get cramps, I have found that a hot bath, lots of water and pain relievers, and exercise work wonders at reducing the pain.
