I have severe menstrual cramps. I have had a laparoscopy to determine if I had endometriosis. The result was negative. To help with cramping, I found only one thing works: Ibuprofen. I take 4, 200mg tablets approximatly 4 times per day. They totally get rid of the pain. It works best if you take them as soon as the first symptoms appear. If you wait until the pain is high, it will take longer to work but eventually takes care of it.
