Drug-Free Options...

How about a drug-free approach? All PMS meds are pain reliever, caffeine and diuretics. No big secret. Instead, eat less salt, drink plenty of water, get more sleep, and do yoga stretches and excercises. Even though it seems like exercise would only emphasize the cramps it actually "works them out". A heating pad is another wonderful tool - or even those heat "patches" you can wear WHILE you work out! :) Good luck everyone...
