Menstrual Cramp Solutions
What's your solution for menstrual cramps?

Homeopathy, heat, paracetamol and Reiki

Posted by: journey2asia on Thu Feb 1, 2007
I used to get really bad cramps. Now I take paracetamol for 2 days with a homeopathic medicine called Cocculus, which I can take EVERY 4 hours (unlike paracetamol) and this knocks most of it on the head. I also do Reiki and the heat from my hands helps. (I can't take ibuprofen so this is the best solution for me.) If I'm at home I'll use a heat pad as well.
