My solution for cramps.

My cramps get really bad sometimes.I take Tylenol Arthritis and use a heating pad.It really does work. I used to use Aleve, but it does not help anymore. If anyone has not had relief from over the counter drugs, Talk with you doctor about a fairly new drug called Ponstel. It is used specifically for mild to severe menstrual cramps. I have used this twice. It can be expensive, depending on Insuance coverage.
