It sounds stupid, but I stretch. It works better than anything I might take. I sit on the floor with the soles of my feet together and stretch all the way forward, then twist to each side. I do ballet barre stretches at the kitchen sink, and backbend as much as I can. It loosens up the tight lumbar I always get and my uterus gets calmer. I don't have to worry about the effects of anything I'm taking, and I stay flexible.
