2. 1 Heating Pad (2 if you have an extra, one on the front, one on the back)
3. 1 oversized pair of pj pants
4. 1 pj shirt
5. 1 very plush duvet
6. 1 fluffy pillow
7. 1 quite fuzzy animal to pet
8. 1 Cup of your favorite Hot soothing beverage.
