Tea and Yogurt

For bad cramps I drink chamomile and raspberry leaf tea, and use a hot water bottle if I can lie down. When I feel my period is about to begin I eat lighter meals and make sure to take ginger and eat plenty of yogurt to calm tummy woes. Also, if I start to feel a little anxious the day before, I go on a nice leisurely bike ride.
