Menstrual Cramps Be Gone!!

I have found that certain types of tea tend to provide some relief. The more effective teas are homemade. I use ginger and sweeten it to my liking. Another cramp relieving tea is rosehip & hibiscus flowers, which is somewhat hard to find sometimes but is mostly found at Whole Food Stores. If those items don't work Aleve is my best friend during the day and Tylenol PM at night! Those thermacare pads are very useful too especially for cramps and lower back pain in my case.
